A fully integrated archiving and retrieval system
Integrated
For users of Pongrass Juggler production system, the advertising archive
adds the ability to store ad production files and data in an integrated archive
and retrieval system. Ad Archive is a client of an extended version of the
Advertising database for simple deployment.
Automatic Archiving
Ads are automatically archived with production files, booking data, version
information and thumbnail. Site and customer specific parameters determine
the retention period. Multiple versions of the same ad are stored as well as
PDF and thumbnail previews.
Browser Based
User interface is via a standard browser on Windows or OS X. Browsing
is quick and effortless using JPEG previews for the archive. Ads can be
searched via almost any criteria including customer id, booking reference,
publication date, content etc. Restored ads and all components
are immediately accessible to the Juggler ad production system.
